  • We are a seasonal venue. Our event season begins the first weekend in May and concludes the last weekend in October.

  • We have ample parking space in a paddock next to the barn.

  • The barn is not air conditioned; however, the large barn doors can be opened allowing a cross breeze to flow through the barn. Additional fans may be brought in by a rental company if desired.

  • Yes, alcohol may be served on premise assuming the correct insurance and permits are obtained. To learn more about this, click here.

  • We host only one event per weekend giving you exclusive access to our grounds.

  • Yes! We have a newly renovated 700 sq ft wedding cottage available for the wedding couple and/or the wedding party to get ready in the day of the wedding. The cottage has a fully functional kitchen, living area, one full bath and one bedroom with a queen size bed. The cottage also has a small patio connecting to the bedroom. The wedding couple may book overnight accommodations in our wedding cottage the night before and night of the wedding. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 2 people. Absolutely NO pets of any kind are permitted in the cottage.

  • We love our pets as much as you do. We allow well behaved dogs to partake in wedding and event festivities, however, we ask that the dog remains on a leash and has a responsible adult monitoring them at all times. Absolutely NO dogs or pets of any kind are permitted in the wedding cottage.

  • The barn comes with a maximum of 25 60” round tables (seats 8-10 people) and a variety of 5’, 6’ and 8’ tables. All tables will require linens. If you have a different vision in mind, you are welcome to rent tables through an insured vendor of your choice. Thompson Ridge View Farm does not provide chairs.

  • Yes, we have a list of local vendors that we would be happy to share. You are not limited to our list and may bring in any vendor you like. We require all vendors that come on site obtain and can show proof of liability insurance with Thompson Ridge View Farm listed as an additional insured.

  • Yes, we allow sparklers. We do not allow indoor fireworks, confetti, rice, faux flower petals or any other non-biodegradable products.

  • The ceremony and cocktail hour may be moved inside the barn. If your guest count exceeds 150 people and the forecast is calling for rain the week of your wedding, we highly recommend renting a tent to cover the cocktail patio.

  • Yes, a ceremony rehearsal the evening before your wedding is included in our packaging.

    Please inquire for pricing if you would like to host your rehearsal dinner at the farm.

  • Yes, we have a covered space connected to the barn for caterers to work in and setup their equipment.
